We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Before placing your order, please carefully review all details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and design choices. If you notice an issue with your order confirmation, contact us immediately—changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.
